"Apart from being very hard working, Mikaela is very friendly and easy to work with. She was very patient answering all our questions and always negotiated keeping our best interest in mind throughout the entire home buying process. She never tried to push us to buy the property, rather always provided well researched and unbiased information to help us take the right decisions. Our secondary inspection by a structural engineer was on a weekend and Mikaela had to be at a baby shower. However, she prioritized our home inspection and stayed with us throughout the inspection without being in any kind of rush. Our final home inspection before the closing was delayed because of the previous owners not leaving at the agreed upon time. Mikaela kept following up with the listing agent, kept us updated and waited with us the whole time for hours till the house was finally available for inspection. She is very committed and kept checking on us even after our home closing. We definitely look forward to working with Mikaela in the future."
